A person, not a ticket
You get Brandi. The same person every time, who already knows your business and what you told her last month. There is no queue, no case number and no handing you to someone junior once the contract is signed.
About
When I started my company, I did not hire a team. I became one.
Working in the business instead of on it. Learning on the fly and making mistakes that cost real money, because you do not know what you do not know.
The HR part was the one I actually knew. Everything else I was figuring out at eleven at night with a browser tab open, and the difference between those two experiences is the whole reason this business exists.
Why HR People exists
Proper HR support has always existed. It just came shaped for a company with a hundred and fifty employees, an HR budget line and somebody whose job it was to manage the relationship. The businesses that needed it most were the ones least able to buy it.
So I took the one thing I am expert at and built it into something a small business can actually afford. Not software with a help centre. Not a call centre with a ticket queue. A person who knows your business and picks up.
How I work
You get Brandi. The same person every time, who already knows your business and what you told her last month. There is no queue, no case number and no handing you to someone junior once the contract is signed.
You will be told what your options are, what each one risks and what she would do. If something needs an employment attorney she will say so rather than guess, and she will help you brief them.
Not a PEO. Your employees stay on your EIN, your payroll provider keeps running payroll and your benefits relationships stay where they are. Nothing gets migrated to make the engagement bigger.
Proper HR help has always existed. It has just been priced for companies with a hundred and fifty employees and a budget line for it. This is the same expertise, sized and priced for a business that does not have either.
The support feels personal rather than outsourced. They understand our company, our employees, and the way we operate.
Whenever an employee issue comes up, I know I have someone I can call who understands the situation and gives me clear, practical guidance.
They have become a trusted extension of our team. Their knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness have made them an important part of how we operate.
Questions
Brandi. That is the point of the business and it is the thing most clients say they were looking for. If HR People grows to a size where that stops being literally true, you will be told before it happens rather than after.
Most sit somewhere between five and a hundred and fifty employees, across Texas and Louisiana. Below five there is usually not enough happening to justify it, and above a hundred and fifty you are generally at the point of hiring someone in house, which we will tell you.
Twenty minutes. You describe what is landing on your desk and Brandi tells you what she would take on, what she would leave with you and roughly what it costs. No deck, no discovery process and no pitch.
She will say so. Telling a business owner they do not need you yet costs one conversation. Selling them something they are not ready for costs the relationship, and they were going to be the right client in eighteen months.
Twenty minutes, no pitch. I will tell you what I would take on, what I would leave with you and roughly what it costs. If you are not ready for me yet, I will say so.
